Embroidery

Embroidery is sewing a design, type or logo onto a garment with special thread. This technique gives garments a higher perceived value and works particularly well on heavier weight items such as fleece.

Screen Printing

Screen printing (or silk screening) is a technique that uses stencils and ink to create designs on garments. It is the most economical method for producing large quantities that involve cotton or cotton-blend garments.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer involves combining heat and pressure to transfer simple logos, names, and numbers to garments. This is a great option for athletic uniforms or emergency responders reflictive printing.

Direct to Garment

A specialized inkjet printer applies inks directly to the garment, where the fibers absorb the ink to create a very durable design. It works well for short runs or full-color printing on high stitch density garments.

Sublimation

Also called dye sublimation, this process uses heat-sensitive inks to create full-color, photo-quality reproductions of digital images that last. Sublimation is well suited for 100% polyester garments.

Emblems & Patches

Choose from full color embossed emblems, genuine or faux leather patches, and traditional or 3D embroidered patches. Create high-quality apparel and hard goods perfect for the finest custom branding and upscale finishes.

Engraving

Laser, diamond-drag and rotary engraving can create custom designs on awards, gifts, promotional products, badges and signs. Laser engraving is particularly popular due to its versatility, working well on wood, metal, plastic, leather, cork, glass and more.

Digital Printing

Digital printing allows a digital-based image to be printed directly onto a variety of media, including promotional products, signs, and awards. This technique is well-suited for fast-turnaround projects of a variety of sizes.
